Bear in mind this is an array formula. You'll need to press
CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER when entering it in the cell. If ini doubt, see one of
the many array formula articles on the web.

I cannot get it to work still.....here is what I have:
=3DSUM(IF(Allgier!A4:A100<>"",IF(Allgier!F4:F100=3D"",1,0),0))
Allgier is the name of the worksheet it is pulling information off of.
The Range is A4:100. It is checking it anything is written in the
cells.
-------AND--------
And if a corresponding cell F4:F100 is empty I want it to be counted on
the main page.
