<< Some things defy explanation.>> Sounds like document corruption to me... Linda F. That didn't work so I re-typed the paragraph in question and THAT didn't work. I checked the styles and they seem fine and work elsewhere. I even "reapplied" the settings in the style to no avail. I copied and removed the paragraph. Saved the document. Pasted the bullet paragraph to a new document, saved and merged/printed successfully. Opened the original document and pasted the paragraph from the new document back in and BINGO, SUCCESS. Some things defy explanation. Thanks all for help and suggestions. /g ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
