Ok...well, also check the bullet styles...I have to think you are using two
different styles in your bullets, if some of the bullets are fine and others
are not....check which bullet style is applied to the ones that are working
and make sure that same style is applied to the ones that are showing as
numbers instead of bullet...changing the style would be less work than
retyping the whole thing.

I hadn't gotten as far as deleting the actual text yet Linda. The
document in question is used by about 20 different people all during the
day and I haven't had a time when someone didn't need "...just one more
letter, OK? really, just one more then you can have it..." /g
