I could see the mill being useful, even if only as a drill press.
Hence I would get it running, even if not to its full capability.
Then, I would tackle the boat.
Not too hard a project as all the information is available.
(Perhaps the subject for another thread.)
I would leave the orrery to last.
Have the boat while you are young and fit enough to enjoy it.!
