I would only consider two ways of making superheaters. Or rather, getting one. The first is a stainless steel one, and they should really be TIG welded, which precludes the majority of us making them. Now, someone used to do a superb range, at reasonable prices. If only I could recall who it was.! Otherwise, copper with straight tubes ending in a "speapoint", a la LBSC / Martin Evans, et al. I dont think it is possible to get a sharp enough bend for that job.
