[modeleng] Mill/Drill

Gents,
A chap I know through work is offering to sell me a "Rong Fu" RF30
mill/drill at what looks to be a reasonable price. At the moment he can't
find the manual, and I can't see it on lathes.co.uk, or the rungfu.com
website.
So assuming I can
a) Fit it in the workshop
b) Get it into the workshop
Do any of you know where I could get a manual?
Also, whether the machine is worthwhile (the seller says it is, and I am
inclined to trust him)
