Doubtful, mail is given just enough attention to basically work. One of the

Outlook is still too annoying for me to use as a full time primary client. How
hard can it be for the Smart Folder I create to look at all unread messages to
actually show me all my unread messages across all folders? Or even just show
a count of how many messages match the condition(s) set by the Smart Folder?
And wouldn’t it make sense for me to be able to rearrange the list of folders
such that the Smart Folders, which by definition I’ve created to look at
specific slices of mail across all folders, show up near the top of the whole
folder list?
Of course, even before this whole Read Receipt thing, Mail/Calendar had its
list of annoyances for me as well…..but this read receipt thing really sticks
in my craw.
