And what is the problem line? Could you copy and paste it here, and also check
with hexdump or similar if the white spaces are tabs.
white spaces are tabs apart from separating words in the note triangles are
tabs, diamonds are spaces

And are you looking at the SAM file directly
yes with the padded mira output as ref
, or converting it to a sorted and indexed BAM first? The SAM and BAM parsers
in Tablet act a little differently.
