And what is the problem line? Could you copy and paste it here, and also
check with hexdump or similar if the white spaces are tabs.
And are you looking at the SAM file directly, or converting it to a sorted
and indexed BAM first? The SAM and BAM parsers in Tablet act a little
differently.
