No, I didn't. I don't know how to format an SD card on the Milestone or how 
to get the M1-M5 file structure on an external card. I just put everything 
in the route directory on the card, with the names each starting with 01, 
02, 03, ... 09, 10, etc. I wondered about putting different books in 
different folders on the SD card, but I don't know how to create that 
structure either.
