Hi,When I got my mac mini, the setup didn't work for me either. HOwever, i've reinstalled the OS since then and the setup worked fine. Could be something they do in the apple store...

Glad you got up and running. Note that the inability to get past the setup was not an accessibility issue; there was a way for you to do this but obviously something went awry somewhere.
