Hi,

There really is no faster way. i've mentioned this before on other lists, I'm
surprised that Apple just hasn't added a select all option to there mail app.
It just makes all the sense in the world to me. How many times have we just
looked in our inbox, seen about 250 messages and cringe? lol. And you say to
your self, I will just erase all this junk and start a new. At least for me,
this occurs fairly often. Now, the way Mail is currently set up, and you had
250 messages you wanted to delete, you would either have to double tap the edit
button, and then proceed to perform 250 double taps to select all
messages/conversations, and then double tap the delete button.

Or, flick 250 times to each message/conversation, flick down to the delete
option in the action menu in the rotor, and double tap. Oddly enough, this way
forces you to make more flicks and taps.

Either way you slice it, Both are often totally inefficient when needing to
delete a large bulk of e-mails.
