I use Abby Fine Reader Express with my Epson v200 scanner, and it is extremely easy and I'd say accurate 99 % of the time, unable to scan something only perhaps that 1%. I cannot compare it to urzweil or Open Book, but I will say that it is much easier on the mac than scanning with Abby Fine Reader was on my PC.
