Hi everyone, I am running Yosemite 10.3. I am having an issue when trying to look up the definition of a word. Here’s what I do… 1. Select the word I wish to look up the definition for. 2. Press VO + shift + M to bring up the context menu. 3. VO down arrow to “Look Up” and then press VO + space to choose this. What happens is that there is a popover window that opens, , but I can do nothing with it. VO reads nothing in the popover. I hear a message saying to press escape to exit out of the popover. Pressing VO right or left arrow results in a sound, but that’s it. When I try to interact with the popover VO says, content is empty. How can I look up the definition of a word using the built-in dictionary in Yosemite? Is there a built-in thesaurus as well? Thanks for any ideas here.
