I think you're being unnecessarily cute. I just wanted to be sure that our
interests are being represented. The general rules of betas are that you don't
discuss the details of unreleased software, or what is discussed about the
unreleased software on its forums. For example, I can tell you that I'm
currently participating in betas for Jaws, CakeTalking, MobileSpeak, and
others, and that doesn't make me super cool for being included, nor is it
breaking terms of an NDA to just say that I'm participating.

None of you secret people, who-ever you are, need divulge any details. If
you're beta testing, that means I don't have to. It would just be good to know
that some people are, in fact, participating.

If anyone is participating, they aren't allowed to say.

Is anyone on this list participating in any of the Apple Seed beta programs? If
not, we should get some people using assistive tech to represent us in those.

There is also the Apple Seed program for developers. It is my understanding
that only those in the developer programs, that are paying for premium ADC
memberships are given seeds of new OS versions. Premium ADC memberships cost
around $500/year, from what I'm told.

I have no doubt that Apple is aware of these problems and will correct them.
However, it might be prudent to write a kind note to accessibility@xxxxxxxxx
stating the problems you are finding. REmember, kindness goes along way in
getting things done.
