[mac4theblind] Advice please.

Hi everyone,,
I am a recent convert to the iphone which I find amazingly accessible, so I
thought I may switch allegiance from my PC to an Apple Mac computer..
I have seen a second hand Mac Book laptop with a 1.33Ghz G4 processor and 1Gb
of memory. It is running OS 10.4.
I thought this machine might be a good introduction for me to the world of the
Mac without spending lots of money on a new
machine until I know it is suitable for me.
My questions are
1. Will this Mac Book have the multi gesture touch pad?
2. Will voiceover be available on OS 10.4?
Any other comments or advice would be appreciated.
