By request of Javed, our next walk will start from Dennis Knoll Car Park on
the road between Norfolk Arms and Yorkshire Bridge. Meet there for a 10 am
departure on Thursday, April 13th.
We will ascend onto Stanage Edge, then head south-eastwards to Hookcar
Sitch before dropping down to the Hathersage Lane. From there we make
our way past the various farms to Hathersage Church, then up the valley via
Brookfield Manor, Green's House and so back to Dennis Knoll.
Not sure where the best place for drinks is in Hathersage but we have the
choice of Cintra's, Pool Cafe, or Outdoors. We can decide at the time and
it may depend how busy Hathersage is for parking in Easter week.
