Anyone remember that *Clinton* and the GOP Congress -- very quietly, almost invisibly -- repealed the Glass-Steagall Act.
Britannica states that, "The Glass–Steagall Act of 1933 separated commercial from investment banking and created the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to guarantee small deposits."
Surely that major blunder signed into law by Clinton is the source of much financial woe. Finger-pointing anyone?
