Andreas, you have called me a racist several times. What do you mean

You don't know? Try this: http://www.answers.com/racism&r=67

You are using it in a nonce way so I needed to ask you what you mean. Given your answer do you believe the Jihadis are racists?

A question: do you support the troops in Afghanistan

Certainly. I support all of the troops, both US and NATO. If there is no political will for peace, then troops should not be placed into situations where they will be killed.

Given your statements that anyone who does not follow up their beliefs with action, isn't the fact that you have not acted a show of your cowardice and hypocrisy? Why haven't you signed up to fight in Afghanistan? Or to be a human shield? Don't you believe the Lancet numbers?

and military action against al Qaeda?

No. It's useless. Evidence? The neocons tried the military solution. You can see how well that has worked.

Yes, it was worked very well. 40% of al Qaeda is dead, according to the L.A. Times, with limited prospects for the long-term. And in the treasure trove of documents we got from al-Zarqawi's hideout that the network is in pretty bad shape. Someone on the web has compiled a so- called terrorist scorecard concerning al Qaeda and you can view it here.

Al Qaeda should have been handled like any other terrorist group: as a law enforcement issue. Track down the persons, arrest, and prosecute.

And that's a legitimate point of view that honorable people disagree over. Viewing terrorism as a law-enforcement issue has been a disaster in my opinion while the military option has captured or killed thousands of terrorists and during that time there have been no domestic attacks.

Thanks for your answers.
