because she laughed at a woman who actually had experienced what she had merely feigned,
because of her sadistic abuse of that woman, an audience member who had made herself vulnerable because of the poem,
because of her role as the "superior" poet, who walked away from the woman as though she were garbage,
and because my dropping her as a friend was a long time coming
