The thing that bothers me about Obama's award is that the nominations were
done just WEEKS (in Feb.) after he took office. Did he win for his
successful Presidential campaign?
I think Obama is actually profoundly embarassed about the award and that the
NP people actually gave it to him as a big "FUCK YOU" to the US by
essentially FORCING him to 'do peacful things' to uphold the legitimacy of
the price which he has already been awarded.
Of course, Arafat, Rabin and Peres won it, so who the Hell knows what goes
through the awarders' heads.
