Andy: Naturally, nothing like this will happen, I suspect in large part because people simply enjoy conflict. Lyndie English with her big smile speaks for everyone. In part too, all the well wishing is most fun at a distance. It's all hypocrisy V.C. Lyndie English does not speak for me. She is a scapegoat and a run amok human being who is taking the rap for the higher ups. V.C. You're are right, people enjoy conflict. I have known men who have told me the best years of their lives were in military service, especially in war time. I suspect it prevents boredom, except between battles, while they wait for the next one. Ordinary life for many people is too routinized and predictable.
