In the image of the bull Elk, that I just posted, I noticed a flaw after
posting.

At the base of his left (our right) antler, it has a distinct blue colour. Upon
checking, I see it is in the original raw file, but I have never seen a
blue-ish antler. So, my question is...
a) is it a weird artifact in the sensor?
or
b) can Elk actually have a blue-ish section to their antler?
or
c) ?????
Any and all pearls of wisdom appreciated, as I am stumped!
Thanks.
David.
