Hi Bill!

What I've not figured out is how Eagles could screw up a quote, so badly.  

I gave him Ted's quote, verbatim.  He tape recorded the call.  I gave him the 
link in PhotoQuotes.com, so he could cut and paste, yet, in the first sentence, 
he managed to turn

We are judged, not by the photographs we take, but by the
photographs we show.

into:

He never took a photo — he always showed a picture.

which is not only just plain wrong, it doesn't even make sense!

That, and a few other small factual and spelling errors, mark it as small town 
journalism.

Still, a nice tribute.

Nice enough that I will place it with my other Ted memorabilia.
