Hi Doug,
At what resolutions are you having problems. I've the same scanner and
will take a look to see if I can duplicate your problem. I seem to recall
that Scan 4.0 requires/suggests an ideal resolution, but I could be
confusing that with another program.
BTW, mine works just fine with 1024x768 on a 19-inch monitor
