last year Sonny showed us some hot sauces on every Louisiana shelf-- he also found me a mail order sauce for Cajun Sunshine, MY favorite liquid pepper sauce, but I have a few more... The appear at:

And yes there IS a 'Doc Ford' on Sanibel Island and his hot sauce is IMPOSSIBLE!
