I adamantly disagree. I used to professionally write software. If I put into production, a HACK as serious as juno's folder collapse, I would have been FIRED. The same MUST be done to the IRRESPONSIBLE IDIOTS at UO, AND, UO MUST issue an apology AND a permanent fix, NOW. If you get back the money you paid for the product, you're lucky. Beyond that, no recovery of consequential damages. In the Wikipedia article this weekend I added a "Proprietary mailer" section with a mention of the folder collapse and other problems.
