"juno's dreaded folder collapse" is NO DIFFERENT
from a malicious hacker illegally entering our PCs and
doing the same. juno technical support is absolutely
USELESS. The REAL solution is for the victims to sue
United Online under "trespass to chattel" and other
anti spam laws. UO is in California, which, IIRC, has
an anti spam / hacker law.
