Hi Diwakar,
I don't think that the original author of Trucker meant for it to seem like
there were highway robbers, but I'm not sure. I think that he meant for it to
seem like what might happen or does happen to long haul truckers.
If you wake up still tired it can be because you slept during the day, or
because you did not sleep long enough, or because you drove until you were
exhausted.
Hope that you check out Dungeon Master version 1.
