I just phoned MS to get an activation key for XP on my rebuilt PC - and they
won't give me one. As I have replaced the mobo with a different model they
say that it invalidates the use of my OEM XP Pro version and that I'll have
to buy a new OS.
They say if I need to transfer XP across to a new machine I need the Retail
version. Hah!
