This seems to be an updated version of ATC Radar.
Works on the FSHost platform, I assume that the operator could setup an FSHost server as well. 

Basically a more elegant combination of FSHost and FSnav, standalone.

Again you would have to also setup a comms sytem.

For an operator used to IVAO/Vatsim, rather crude.
