No it won't. If the AI engine is still similar to the way FS9 works then all
AI aircraft are referenced by their Aircraft Title. Change this and they may
stop working in the AI system.

If Traffic Tools still works in FSX you could dump out the aircraft list
from the traffic.bgl (if this still exists too).

Double slash still seems to work.
If I rem out the aircraft's title then it won't appear in the menu. I'm
pretty sure it won't then work as AI, either.
