I think you will find that .JBS stands for "JAWS Braille Source"

    Thanks for your response but I was asking about the jbs not the jsb.  yes 
there are to similar extentions.
    Gary responded earlier with the answer that the jbs file is a braille 
structure file.

    Jaws Script Binary. It is what the script compiles Jaws Script Source files 
into.
