using jfw and media player 11 to transfer content to a portable device

Hello,
I'm trying to look for someone who has done this as it seems very
involved. I've got some mp3's that i want to transfer to a digital recorder,
the docs state that this has to be done with windows media player 11. I'm
using jfw10.
Any help appreciated.
