Hello,
Thank you. I got a ds50 so those instructions should work. And no they
weren't confusing.
Thanks.
Dave.

Dave,
I am using Jaws 8, but here's how I do it. I have an Olympus DS40,
which has to use Windows Media Player to transfer files. Make a playlist of
your MP3s, which you can do by going through Windows Media Player's playlist
editor, or by finding the files through Explorer, going into the context
menu, and selecting the "Add to Windows Media Player" option. This will add
the file to the playlist, which will cause WMP to start up. Once you are
done with your playlist, do the following.
Tab through the Windows Media Player options until you get to "Psync
Menu." Hit the spacebar, which brings up the menu. Down arrow to the
option which says, "Psync 'now playing' to DVR," the 'now playing' referring
to the playlist you have just created. Hit enter on it, and the process
should start. WMP doesn't tell you when the process is completed, or maybe
I just haven't figured it out. But, the psync shouldn't take more than a
few minutes max.
Also, the "Psync to DVR" option can also be executed within the menu by
pressing Y.

I'm not sure what digital recorder you have, but this should hopefully
work for you. It took me a little while to figure it out, and there may be
a shorter way of doing it that I'm not aware of.
Sorry for the lengthy instructions, and I hope you didn't find them too
confusing.

     Good luck.

Pat
