Michael, yes,I already register my copy and I have my anti virus installed on
my system. Actually, that's only happened whenever I'm connected to the
Internet. But, while I'm doing something like creating a documents or other
than, I have no problem.

Ouch, this doesn't sound good at all. This sounds like a virus to me.
Another possibility is that your copy of Windows XP hasn't been registered yet.
Have you recently installed Windows on your system and did you do the whole
online registration thing? I've never ran a Windows XP system that hadn't been
registered yet so I don't know what exactly happens when you haven't registered
it. I know that it does run in some sort of trial or demo mode but I don't
know what happens when the trial mode runs out. It's possible you'd get the
message you're getting now. Perhaps someone else on the list could provide
better info on this topic. But I'd still run a virus check. Make sure you
have the latest virus definitions installed for whatever virus utility you're
using. If you don't have a virus checker you can download a demo version of
Norton at Download.Com. You can use it free for 14-days I think. But that
will be enough time to get your computer checked out and cleaned. And 20
minutes should be just enough time for you to download and install the
software. You may have to reboot your computer first before you run the scan
though.

    hi all!

I'm using JAWS6.0, Windows XP PRO SP1 and every time I'm going to connect
to the Internet, a message window appears. The message window informing me
that my system is shutting down within 20 minutes. I tried to update my
Windows and still I'm experiencing this kind of error. does anybody knows how
to fix this problem?

    Regards,
