ThanksRicque for the response.

She don't have Windows 98. She running Windows XP PRO SP1. Does anybody
knows how to fix her problem? I don't know how to help her. Because, when
I met that kind of problem, I use to reformat the system. But, at this
time, she has a important files that need to be back up before doing
anything.

Regards,

Roden
