This is where I wish Bruce would jump in, because I'll bet he has the 
subscribe email in his head.  But let me look through my Outlook Express 
folder where I keep list information:

I think this should work.  Write a blank message to:

pc-audio-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxx

Give it a try.  When I subscribed to it for a couple of months, it provided 
me with a lot of knowledge about ripping, burning, and got me going 
confidently with that stuff.  Hope this helps.
