Angel, I like this key combination too, and it works for me just fine with
5.10.  Having just done a small experiment, could it be that you can't
assign ctrl+shift+j to jaws 5.10 because you already have it assigned to
jaws 5.0?  It seems that you cannot reassign to a shortcut a key combination
which is assigned to another shortcut.
