RE: printer problems

I did look under the control panel. I tried again to have it find the
printer and got a message that the sub spooler system wasn't working. I
did see a reference to the printer in my computer, I think.. It wasn't
under add/remove programs or add hardware. Well perhaps at a time when
I'm less tired.
