I was in the middle of making copies when I got this dialogue box that said "spooler subsystem has encountered a problem and needs to close". I have tried to reinstall the printer but every time I boot up the computer I get this message. Anyone have any suggestions? Regards, Marie <mlyons53@xxxxxxxxxxx>
