alot of times when removing printer drivers and then reinstalling make sure the 
printer is off and usb not connected ,

  Have you uninstalled the printer?  Then reinstalled the printer?  Also you 
might have to go to your printers manufacturer and see if there are updated 
drivers for it.

  I was in the middle of making copies when I got this dialogue box that said 
"spooler subsystem has encountered a problem and needs to close".  I have tried 
to reinstall the printer but every time I boot up the computer I get this 
message.  Anyone have any suggestions?
