I can't even find the printer on my computer. Would that be under add
or remove programs or under hardware?

Marie

Have you uninstalled the printer? Then reinstalled the printer? Also
you might have to go to your printers manufacturer and see if there are
updated drivers for it.

I was in the middle of making copies when I got this dialogue box that
said "spooler subsystem has encountered a problem and needs to close".
I have tried to reinstall the printer but every time I boot up the
computer I get this message. Anyone have any suggestions?

Marie
