Hi folks.
Well, I have had just the opposite luck with Dell. I have owned a Dell
Inspiron 5000 for almost 4 and a half years and had NO PROBLEMS with either
the machine, or tech support.
Just my 2 cents worth, but hope it's worth a little more?

Sincerely,
Paul
