And it's kind of like people like to automatically hate the big kid on 
the block.  Look at how people love to hate Microsoft.  If Dell was 
truly crappy, you wouldn't see them with such big corporate influence 
and sales in the business environment and now in the home market.

But to keep this Jaws related, can someone give me a few pointers on 
using the Del Alerts?  I'm having trouble figurout out the screen.  All 
I want to be able to do is sometimes check to see if there are Alerts 
about updates, etc.,
