I don't know of a keystroke to clear the clipboard, as the Windows
Control+c(Copy) and Control+x (Cut) ordenarily overwrite the contents
of the clipboard automatically. There are a couple of Jaws extensions
to clipboard operations which allow you to append to the existing
contents. These commands are WindowsKey+c and WindowsKey+x. If you use
a Windows clipboard command after you have used a Jaws clipboard
command, you will be prompted that the operation will overwrite the
clipboard contents, giving you the chance to aborrt the operation.

And what exactly this key is used for - clearing the clipboard? If so,
here
doesn't work with XP SP2 and jaws7.10
