I just tried this suggestion concerning Amazon searches, that is by finding the product then turning off virtual cursor with insert z, bringing up links list with insert f7, found product in list and entered. Much less cumbersome than my previous suggestion. Thanks for the helpful tip.

If you've been following the thread, you may have seen that you don't have
to stumble around with the Jaws cursor. Two options aside from the "access"
site:

1. for a CD or a book, find it at borders.com and you'll wind up doing
business with Amazon, as you're accustomed to, without getting stuck. Try
it and see what I mean. Or
2. On your Amazon page of search results, find the items you wish to
purchase in the normal way, arrowing up and down the list with virtual
cursor on, then turn off the virtual cursor with Insert V,:pull down the
Insert F7 links list, find the item by pressing the first letter of its name
until you come to it, press Enter. Things should be okay from there. It
seems to be just that search results page that's a problem.

Since I don't prefer the Amazon/Access website the only other
work-around that works for me is to find the product I want to
link on by using the Jaws cursor, and then clicking with the left
mouse button. Sometimes I I have to pass the item I want to look
at by three or four products before I can see it with the Jaws
cursor. This can be rather tedious but has worked every time.
HTH!

Hi,

I don't know about other people, but I have a feeling that,
like me, they're
aware of other music retailers like Tower, Virgin, and so
forth. But at
least for some Amazon customers, we buy a lot more than just
music CDs. I
buy those, but also books as gifts for friends who can read
them and many
other items that have nothing to do with something that's only
a music
store. So there's the disappointment, at least for a customer
like me.

that said, I'll post something helpful as a workaround next.

Hi Tower records has an impressive collection of music. If Amazon doesn't work perhaps Tower records will.
