yes, you should perform scan disk and defrat in that order and do it about
twice a month. When you do scan disk which is called check disk in xp,
check both of the boxes, click ok, click yes on the question of whether you
want this to be done the next time the computer starts, restart the pc and
take a nap. Allow the burbble of your computer restarting the second time
if you have jaws set to run first to be your alarm. Otherly, have a cup of
coffee or take a walk for about half an hour to 45 minutes or if you have
one like mine, wait six hours.
