That type of box should say in jaws, extended select listbox. Use F8 key to get into the mode where you can select multiple items and. When you highlight an item you want, use the spacebar to select the item. Once you've tabbed away from the extendedlistbox, the state when you return goes back to only selecting one item. You'll have to use your F8 key again to get to the point where you may select multiple items. You can always do insertF1 on this type of control to see how to handle it with jaws. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Vicki Wherry" <amethyst17@xxxxxxx> To: "JFW List" <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, May 10, 2005 2:23 AM Subject: combo box question ASAP I am in the middle of submitting an online resume, and there are two combo boxes for selecting type of employment and category. I can select multiple items, by using control click. I can't seem to get JAWS to do this, and if I do, I'm not sure what is selected. Has anyone had experience using these checkboxes, and how do I select multiple items and read them to be certain they are selected?
