The feature became available in 7.1. You will have to go to the JAWS
headquarters site to do an update.

I'm using Jaws 7 and unless I'm doing something wrong the option isn't
there. I hit insert-j to get into the menu, arrow to help and hit enter,
what do I need to do different?
